Setup Find me/Follow me (Call forwarding) in Star2Star Portal
First, login to the star2star portal by clicking here: Star2Star Communications Portal
You will login with your email and the password you setup specifcally for the star2star portal. If you do not know your password or you have never logged in to the star2star portal before, click "Forgot Password" and enter your m1services.com email and wait for the reset email.
Once you are logged in, click on "Configuration" (left side of the menu on the top right). After that, under "Individual Phone Settings", click on "Find-me / Follow-me" (you may need to first click on "Individual Phone Settings" at the bottom if you do not see this section).

Check the box that says "Enable Find-me / Follow-Me"
Afterwords, choose the style of forwarding that you want. If you want your desk phone to just immediately forward all calls to another number, click "Follow Me". If you want it to ring your desk phone first and then the other number, click "Find me". If you want it to ring all your phones at the same time, click "Find Me".
You may change the number of seconds it rings the forwarded number before returning to your desk phone's voicemail. To make sure you receive all voicemail from your desk phone, you will want to setup voicemail to email following these instructions: Voicemail to Email
Enter the number you want to forward to including area code (or enter your StarPhone app extension instead. Follow these instructions to setup the StarPhone app on your cell phone: StarPhone App) inside the box next to "Other" and click "Save Changes" at the bottom (you are not finished yet).
You will be taken back to the main page. You must then click "Save Changes to System" towards the top. You should get a popup box that says your request has been queued and will take up to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes has passed you can try calling your extension to test the forwarding.
