Voicemail to Email

First, login to the star2star portal by clicking here: Star2Star Communications Portal

You will login with your email and the password you setup specifcally for the star2star portal. If you do not know your password or you have never logged in to the star2star portal before, click "Forgot Password" and enter your m1services.com email and wait for the reset email.

Once you are logged in, click on "Configuration" (left side of the menu on the top right). After that, under "Individual Phone Settings", click on "Voicemail" (you may need to first click on "Individual Phone Settings" at the bottom if you do not see this section).

Inside this section, change the drop down box to "Yes" for "Would you like your voicemail sent to your email/page/cell phone?

Next, enter your full email address in the box next to "Email Address". You may then want to review the different below options but you may leave them set to default. When you are finished, click "Save Changes".
